Welcome to Islamorada Luxe Charters (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a charter or using our website at islamoradaluxe.netlify.app, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1.1. All charters are private and accommodate up to 6 guests per trip.
1.2. Bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed by Islamorada Luxe Charters.
1.3. Charter times, routes, and activities may be adjusted based on weather conditions, tides, and captain discretion to ensure guest safety.
2.1. All prices listed on our website are in US dollars and subject to change without notice.
2.2. A deposit may be required to confirm your booking. Specific deposit and payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
2.3. Add-on packages (charcuterie boards, champagne setups, etc.) are subject to availability and must be requested in advance.
3.1. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
3.2. Cancellations within 72 hours of the charter may be subject to a cancellation fee.
3.3. Weather-related cancellations or unforeseen circumstances will receive a full refund or credit toward a future charter, at the guest’s preference.
3.4. No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
4.1. Guests must follow all instructions from the captain at all times for safety purposes.
4.2. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Islamorada Luxe Charters is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
4.3. Guests may bring their own beverages (BYOB), subject to captain guidelines and safe boating rules. No glass containers are permitted aboard.
4.4. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
5.1. Boating and water activities carry inherent risks. By booking a charter, guests acknowledge and accept these risks.
5.2. Islamorada Luxe Charters, its captain, and its staff are not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the charter, except in cases of gross negligence.
6.1. Guests may bring their own alcoholic beverages. Islamorada Luxe Charters does not provide alcohol.
6.2. The captain reserves the right to limit or prohibit alcohol consumption if it poses a safety concern.
7.1. By participating in a charter, guests consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes unless they notify us in advance.
8.1. Islamorada Luxe Charters’ total liability for any claim arising from a charter shall not exceed the total amount paid for that charter.
